Subscriptions & billing
Plato Pro is billed through Apple. To manage, cancel, or request a refund:
- On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Plato Pro
- Or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com
iCloud & household sharing
Plato syncs with your Apple ID via iCloud when available. Shared kitchens use Apple’s sharing tools — make sure you’re signed into iCloud and that Plato iCloud is enabled for your account.
